
It went something like this:
50 minutes of The Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD with Bob-INTENSE
20 minutes Kickboxing from Exercise TV-Don't know who the trainer was but this lady had me sweating like a pig LOL
and to boot....I cleaned the house from top to bottom. Dusting, vaccuming, mopping, the whole nine.
I have had so much energy since committing to working out daily. Although I plan to pull back a little as the year goes on, right now I'm totally convinced this is the best thing for me at this moment.
